Traditional wellness programs are often treated as a "checklist" of apps and insurance discounts. This session challenges HR leaders to move beyond the perk mentality and build a "Whole Health" ecosystem. By blending Dr. Farran’s Creative Living principles with strategic HR competencies, attendees will learn how to design a workplace where high performance and human fulfillment coexist.
